These high performance jets are manufactured with a shallower 65 degree angle on the feed in on both the air and fuel side on the jets (standard is quite a sharp 120 degree feed in) This give better more efficient passage to the air and fuel with less turbulence and more consistent delivery especially at higher RPM, yes the pilot circuit is still active at high RPM delivering fuel alongside the main jet circuit . .This jet is the long version, these jets control both the fuel and air delivery to the pilot circuit, the smaller number is the fuel hole size and the larger number is the air hole size, they are available in a wide range of sizes
