KICKSTART RUBBER BUFFER - LARGE FRAME VESPA. 2 of these small 22mm wide rubbers are what stop the kickstart shart gear smashing into the crankcase, they take a battering from the kickstart shaft gear, and over time indent and begin to tear, they should be replaced ervery time the motor is opened.
